At Coral AI, we stand behind the quality and performance of our product. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers can request refunds or cancel their purchases.

Since Coral AI is a digital software product with instant delivery and license activation, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness for both customers and our development team led by KUNDAN KUMAR.

Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

✅ Valid Refund Reasons

  • Technical Issues: The software fails to install, activate, or run on your Windows 10/11 (64-bit) system despite meeting all system requirements.
  • License Activation Errors: Your license key does not activate even after following the correct installation steps, and our support team cannot resolve it within 24 hours.
  • Performance Issues: The AI assistant crashes repeatedly, becomes unresponsive, or fails to perform basic advertised features (voice control, system operations, etc.) despite troubleshooting.
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment gateway error, and we will refund the duplicate amount immediately.
  • Fraudulent Transaction: If you report unauthorized use of your payment method within 24 hours of the transaction, we will investigate and process a refund if verified.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

  • "Change of mind" or "I no longer want this" requests after the license has been delivered and activated.
  • Buyer's remorse, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with features that were clearly mentioned on our website.
  • Failure to meet system requirements (Windows 10/11, 64-bit, microphone, internet) mentioned on the product page.
  • User error, incorrect installation, or ignoring provided setup instructions without contacting support.
  • Requests made after 24 hours from the time of purchase (unless exceptional circumstances).

Refund Request Timeline

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase. This strict timeline exists because:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly (no physical return possible)
  • License keys are tied to your device and activated immediately
  • We need time to verify technical issues and provide support

⏰ Important Deadline:

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Exceptions may be made for critical technical failures or extraordinary circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, follow these steps:

Include your transaction ID, license key, description of the issue, and screenshots/error logs if possible.

Verification

Our team will verify the issue, attempt troubleshooting, and approve/reject the refund within 24 hours.

  • Full Name and Email/Phone used during purchase
  • Razorpay Transaction ID or Payment Receipt
  • License Key (if received)
  • Detailed description of the technical issue
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the processing timeline is as follows:

Refund Processing Steps:

  • Approval Notification: You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message within 24 hours of your request.
  • Refund Initiation: We will initiate the refund through Razorpay within 24 hours of approval.
  • Bank/UPI Credit: The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking) within 3-4 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

⚠️ Note:

Bank processing times are beyond our control. If you don't receive your refund within 5 business days, please check with your bank or contact us for a refund reference number (ARN) to track the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Since Coral AI is a digital product with instant delivery, order cancellation is not possible once the license key has been generated and delivered. However:

  • If your payment was successful but you haven't received your license key yet, contact us immediately to cancel the order before delivery.
  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan (Basic instead of Pro or vice versa), contact us within 24 hours for a plan upgrade/downgrade adjustment.
