Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Coral AI ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. This agreement is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

Basic Plan: Subject to a valid License Key purchase.
Pro Plan: Subject to a valid License Key purchase.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Title and intellectual property rights remain with Coral AI.

3. Restrictions (Anti-Reverse Engineering)

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with the Hardware ID (HWID) lock or license verification mechanisms.
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, or sublicense the Software to third parties.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate license termination and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies. We may ban your HWID from our activation servers permanently.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Coral AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
